R4000-HD SECONDARY SHREDDER

The Fornnax R4000-HD Secondary Shredder is single-shaft machine designed to accept wide range of pre-shredded materials for further down-sizing into consistently sized particles. This is a heavy-duty machine capable of processing tyres, RDF, copper wires, non-ferrous metals and much more. The internal screen has hole-size of 16 mm to 50 mm with a drive 430 HP, providing sufficient power and torque to process most difficult materials. The technology becomes very reliable and efficient with the design of replaceable wear plate, low-cost blades, and the use of reversible screens.
