Cardboard and Paper Shredding

Cardboard and Paper Shredding

Cardboard and paper wastes are valuable raw materials for waste processing and recycling industry. Waste papers, newsprints, magazines, flyers, cardboard office papers and paper cups constitute about 30% of solid waste which can be diverted from land-fills. It is estimated that over four million tonnes of waste papers are imported in India for the purpose of recycling and use, however the requirement of recycled papers is of over 10 million tonnes. Therefore, there is a huge potential in the field of Cardboard & Paper Recycling Shredder Plant Machine.

It is important to understand that the production of recycled papers requires about 80% less water and about 60% less energy compare to virgin paper and thereby reducing about 95% of air pollution. The use of recycled cardboard and paper waste not only help in the conservation of natural resources like forests, but also contribute to the developing economy by setting up a profitable recycling business ventures and generating additional employment opportunity.

FORNNAX has mastery in designing and developing the customized light duty Shredders plant machine at affordable prices for the disposal and recycling of cardboard and paper waste. Our equipments can shred high volume of cellulose sheets, corrugated boxes, paper pulp, etc. The output size of shredded material could be tailor-made as per the requirements of customers.
