  “The issue regarding the full wear plate replacement was taking a toll on the time consumption of our company. We suggested a few changes to FORNNAX about the wear plate replacement and to curb its high cost. FORNNAX came up with an advanced design and introduced the ‘wear plate’ into two parts that resulted in reasonable maintenance cost and quick replacement.”

We were using a FORNNAX machine having a capacity of 2 ton/hr. In which we were facing a problem of fixed bolts to open the cutting chamber because it consumes more downtime. FORNNAX team not only heard what was good about the machinery but also implemented new design by replacing by I-bolts instead of fixed bolts in new machine of capacity 6 ton/hr to bring in the changes which results in reducing downtime, maintenance cost.
