OVERBAND MAGNET

The Overband Magnetic Separator is an overhead suspended magnet that attracts the magnetic elements and separates ferrous elements from non-magnetic materials. It is placed in the inverted position above the conveyor belt, vibrating conveyor and vibrating feeder to facilitate continuous separation of liberated ferrous particles. This kind of separator is used in the recycling industries to impart self cleaning property in an efficient manner to secure high quality output.

CLASSIFIER

The Fornnax Classifier runs by oscillating motion and provided with screens to filter textile from rubber granules in Tyre Recycling Plant or Metals and the Plastic fraction. Classifier is efficient in removal of liberated textile and steel from rubber granulate from Tyres. Classifier is also typically used in quality upgrading systems for scaling of rubber granulates. Fornnax Classifier has an efficient anti-clogging system, consisting of bouncing rubber balls, ensures that the screens do not get blocked by material, and have replaceable screens with different sizes of hole. Selection of Classifier as per requirement depends on which materials needs to be separate or remove.

DRUM MAGNET

The Fornnax Drum Magnet is used to retrieve remaining leftover steel wires from rubber granules of particle sizes less than 20 mm in Tyre recycling. As material reaches the Drum Magnet, the magnetic field attracts and holds ferrous particles to the Drum shell. As the Drum revolves, it carries the material through the stationary magnetic field. The non magnetic material falls freely from the shell, while ferrous particles are held firmly until they are carried out of the magnetic field.
