The Fornnax Secondary Shredder R-2000 is a single-shaft machine designed to accept wide range of pre-shredded materials for further down-sizing into consistently sized particles. This is a heavy duty machine capable of processing Tyres, RDF, copper wires, non-ferrous metals and much more. The internal screen has hole-size of 16 mm to 50 mm with a drive option of 200 HP to 250 HP, providing sufficient power and torque to process most difficult materials. The technology becomes very reliable and efficient with the design of replaceable wear plate, low cost blades and the use of reversible screens.
