INPUT & OUTPUT

INPUT

The input raw materials for Fornnax Tyre Recycling System are Passenger / truck / OTR Scrap Tyres . All types of waste tyres irrespective of size could be the input raw materials. There is no specific requirement or limitations of input raw materials in case of Fornnax Primary Shredder Technology, developed as a part of Crumb Rubber Production Line.

The input raw materials (rubber waste and scrap tyres) could be fed continuously without any hindrance at the time of processing.

Tyre Derived Fuel

The concept of output product is essential for any waste recycling industry. The output products could be obtained in the form of shredded tyre and Tyre Derived Fuel (TDF). Both these output products are valuable resources for further applications.

The shredder tyre could be further processed to obtained crumb rubber and rubber mulch. The Tyre Derived Fuel could be used as energy source for generating heat in Cement kiln, Silicate industry, Paper & Pulp Mill Boilers, Power Plants and other industrial boilers.

RUBBER MULCH (APPROX. 12-30mm)

The substance which is used to cover the top soil of agricultural and horticultural fields to insulate soil from heat for the conservation of soil moisture is called mulch. Generally, crop residues and straws are used for mulches. But, rubber mulch provides several advantages compare to plant material based mulches. Reclaimed rubber derived mulch made from 100% recycled rubber can be used in gardens and sustainable landscaping.

Rubber Mulch Applications:

  • Rubber mulch obtained after recycling of scrap tyres can have many useful applications.

Some of the important applications are as following:

  • Covering of agricultural and horticultural fields to insulate soil and conserve soil moisture.
  • For the reduction of fungus growth in the agricultural and horticultural fields.
  • In the effective control of weeds in the agricultural and horticultural fields
  • In the making of playgrounds to provide additional safety for children when they fall off the playground equipment.

rubber granule

When the scrap tyre materials shredded with primary and secondary shredders pass through granulator then the output are the high quality rubber granules. The granular product of rubber obtained after passing through the granulator is referred as rubber granule. The cheapest source of such rubber granules could be the scrap tyres and rubber waste.

Rubber Granule Applications:

The rubber granules obtained from the recycling of scrap tyres and waste rubbers have multiple applications. Rubber granules are used in the making of the following:

Applications of Crumb Rubber:

  • Athletic Tracks
  • Gym Flooring
  • Playgrounds
  • Patios
  • Walkways

STEEL

At FORNNAX, we ensure to clean the liberated steel wires from the tyre recycling. This liberated steel wires is 99.9% free from various foreign materials like textile and rubber and possesses a heavy weight density. Most of the largest steel industries make use regularly recycled and further cleaned steel wires produced from our tyre recycling plants with use of ‘Over Band Magnet’.

TEXTILE

nylon

The liberated textile has a very high effective burning value, as it contains nylon and rubber powder. So it can be mixed with other materials to increase their effective burning value too. Like, for an example – the big cement industries use this textile to mix with alternative fuel and lower effective burning value like wood, carton, paper and plastic. Most of them use it to clear the sludge from the rotation owns. As the temperature, while burning causes the sludge to burn, so the rotation own does not require closing down by the operators for manual cleaning. Moreover, the industrial plants use textile reduces vibration as well as noise pollution.
