Roles & Responsibility
- Regular Follow up with vendors to ensure timely & Material is require as per our requirements, Quality Standard & meet our Project deadline.
- Negotiation with vendors for rates, payment terms, policy, contract and other commercial terms & conditions.
- Co-ordination with Design and Production for all technical requirements.
- Floating inquiry to vendors and getting techno-commercial offers.
- Logistic / Transportation / Delivery of materials as per planning.
- Certifying and Handing Jobwise Invoices to accounts.
- Maintaining professional relationship with Vendors.
- New Vendor Development (Min. 3 vendor per product/material).
- Maintaining proper and detailed procurement records/data.
- Maintaining monthly open orders sheet with ageing.
- Co-ordinate with CHA (Agent) for all import shipment.
